What does code P0051 mean

my check shine light and the vac lights came on, I was told that I needed a oxygen sensor I was told the P0051 was the code that they saw. After the repair was done the engine light went off but the Vic lights were still on I was told the engine light didn't have any thing yo do with the vac lights. On my way home the engine light came back on.
