What do I check if my truck won't start?

My 1989 Dodge Ram 50, 2wd 2.0l Automatic, won't start...won't do anything. When key is turned to "on" the warning lights, radio, heater all go on but when turned to "start", nothing, not even a click! Battery and starter both tested good.
