What could be the cause of the 30 amp cooling fan fuse blowing repeatedly

Hello, The wire for the cooling fan is likely damaged. It is probably grounding out to the the ground wire or the chassis/engine/etc... Inspect that wire harness from top to bottom to ensure there is no damage or repair the damage.
