What is your question?
Hi, I drive a 2015 Honda accord sedan. It currently has 127k miles. I'm hearing this rattling noise that sounds like it is coming from the front passenger side. It makes the noise whenever I go through uneven roads/bumpy roads (also speed bumps). Sounds like something is loose. On smooth roads, I don't hear a rattle and at freeway speeds of 55+ mph, I don't hear it. I've had the front struts, springs, strut mounts, sway bar end links changed out and the car still makes the rattling noise. I checked for any play in the wheels and there wasn't any.

It does sound like there's been a decent examination of the suspension components, to the point that many items have been changed. However, a noise that can be heard is something that should be traced down by a hands on technician. If it's actively happening, it can be found. Even something like an engine mount is possible to be a concern. Noise could also be traveling - what if it's not coming exactly from the front passenger side after all? Too hard to know. Did you ever find out what was causing the noise? I have a 2015 accord that is doing the exact same thing Sounds like the wheel may rattle off sometimes
