what causes knock in steering wheel

mine was a warranty part. no recall but if you ask to have it looked at by a gm repair shop it should be warranty work

This is caused by the intermediate shaft having a teflon bearing that can't be serviced. There should have been a recall on it, but don't think there was. You probably need intermediate steering shaft replaced.
