The car seems to be at its worse when warm. This just started about three months ago. I replaced one motor mount and it appeared to help, but is still vibrating upon acceleration. Otherwise the car runs perfect.

Find a VW specialist to diagnose it for you. There could be a driveability problem with the engine or you may need to check out the other motor mounts. Your mechanic should be able to tell you what's wrong easy enough.
