What is your question?
2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4 with the 3.7 liter engine. It got hot one day and was then parked for 11 months, I picked I up and towed it home to investigate, we pulled fuel tank and relplaced premium fuel in it. Checked all fluids, no leaks anywhere, spark plugs are black and way out of gap. Oil looked good. No sign of any water leaking from radiator. So I replaced spark plugs, checked all coil packs tried to start it and it was rough running for about 2 minutes then suddenly a Strange sound so I killed it, let the engine cool off completely, pulled a plug and the side electrode was Bent over on one of the plugs. Would a piston have bent it over or a foreign object?

3.7L overheated > exhaust valve seat dropped out of cylinder head.. Test compression on the cylinder damaged spark plug was removed from - it will likely be 0 psi. I sincerely hope I am wrong. Good luck!
Some-thing has come in contact with the spark plug electrode - foreign object is possible however unless it was dropped into the cylinder with plug removed or it entered through the intake manifold - that’s not likely the culprit.. Dislodged exhaust valve seat is suspect.. Easily / visually confirmed by valve cover removal - observe rocker arms - problematic cylinder exhaust rocker arm is probably laying off to the side - on the cylinder head.
