Check your turn signal stick. On the stick it has a rotating switch that says . DRL OFF, Auto, and a picture of your headlight. Try moving that switch back and forth a few times. I have a 2005 Toyota Camry and Excessive sun beating down on the signal switch may have damaged the switch. Make sure the switch is in the AUTO position.
Check the incandescent filaments on both of your high beam light bulbs.
They must be conected in series, to get the low intensity level, and then, even if only one of them is burned out, then both of them do not work.
