A belt has broken in the front right side near the wheel. I had A/C recharged two weeks later on an extremely hot day it stopped cooling a began to smoke. After turning A/C off smoke stopped. Rattling begain sometimes, then a sound as if tree branches were under the car. When I stopped I notice a broken belt. Please share with me the name of the belt so I can ask for the correct repair. Thank you.

The belt is for the A/C compressor, but from your description it sounds like you have another issue. You are having a problem with the A/C system, possibly the compressor and you will need to have that diagnosed.
