Big box stores like Costco are my favorites. You have to call around, I don't know stores or prices in your area.

You can also go online to sites like Tire Monkey and look up tire prices and then have them shipped to an installer. They list the prices the installer will charge on the site along with the tire price so you know your cost before deciding on the tires.
