We replaced battery, and re-connected. Started, but radio won't work. Ideas?

Kinda odd for all that to develop from replacing the battery ... Unless, the cables touched the wrong battery post, resulting in reverse polarity (?) .. Keep TESTING them fuses... ALL of em! Good luck!
