Water leak in passenger side floorboard.

I just had new struts, shocks, tires, (and a tune up) done. Prior to that, the water leaking into the passenger floor board has never happened. Is it possible that damage was done (at the repair shop) causing this problem? If so, any suggestions as to how to approach the shop? Thanks.
