water is geting inside of head and tail lights. How to repair

What is your question?

Water is getting inside the housing of the head and tail lights. It is remaining and is causing problems. Also outside mirror finish is rusting. I need help with this problem. Lens are cloudy and causing discoloration; therefore making visibility less.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Rain and washing the car.
