The front passenger side of car is constantly wet. Molded badly. WHY?

Is this coolant (green) or is it water. If coolant possible heater core or hoses. If it's water the drain hose must be clogged with leaves or debri
It is water.
Ok try to look around the inside of the hood for any clogged areas of debris. Also check the seal around the windshield and get some Wurth trace powder. 1-800-WURTHUSA (987-8467)

Well there might be a rubber drain plug on the bottom of the floor. Crawl under and inspect. If not drill very small 3/16 inch holes in floor for drainage (very small). As to the smell moth balls are always good.
