My engine has some vibration when accelerating, except when more than 10 degrees of right steering input is used.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Turning right makes it better,

Hello, when steering input occurs, there is additional load put on the engine, which can change the harmonics of anything that is out of balance. That said, testing starting with base engine compression, ignition system operation and fuel delivery is needed. It will be necessary to find out if your concern is engine performance related, base engine related, or engine accessory related (such as a pulley that is out of balance or a component driven by belt that is causing a problem). Hands on inspection is essential.
