Vibration / Noise on acceleration

What is your question?

I recently bought a used 2006 4x4 Pathfinder LE. When there is some weight in the back end (cargo or passengers) I noticed a vibration and popping sound when I accelerate hard. With no load in the vehicle, it does not happen. Any thoughts?
