Veracruz dashboard warning lights

I am not sure if this is the same problem but I have a 2008 veracruz and my esc light, abs light, and brake light remain on. I brought it in and they stated it was a abs spped control sensor that was malfunctioning. they also stated that they have to replace the whole assembly on the wheel and quoted me $5,000 to fix. I was looking on line and nowhere is there a price for the part that is more than $150 dolloars. Not sure if I ahve the right part, can anybody tell me if there is a more inexpensive way to fix?

Could be something withe the anti lock braking system. I would have the computer scanned for fault codes. That will let you know where the problem area is.
