Upon acceleration when car reaches 3RPM there is a ticking noise in engine.

What is your question?

the noise happens only upon acceleration and around 3RPM - 4 RPM's we just replaced the clutch and transmission engine appeared intake running fine. Please help if you know what we should be looking for.
