i put new starter n sparkplugs

Hello, the starter is not in question if the engine is cranking. Spark plugs are maintenance items and merely a guess towards repair. You will need to check for a properly working and programmed key, fuel pressure, ignition spark, engine timing, air intake controls and exhaust restrictions. Once you determine which one of those areas needs attention, you will need to continue troubleshooting until reaching the cause of your concern. A quality diagnostic tool, handy shop manual with testing instructions, and a qualified experienced technician to use all these resources is needed.
As stated above diagnostic will be needed, also your lightning bolt is a throttle body warning lamp. If testing verifies that part as failed it will need calibration anyway. Shop needed
