What is your question?
Replaced turbo 4 mo ago on my PT convertible. Have < 3k on new turbo. Always use the supreme gas and had oil change @ time of new turbo replacement. Sounds like there is more going on as have gone through 2 turbos in 4 months. Anyone else have this problem?

The Fuel used has no bearing on turbo life. On a vehicle equipped with a Turbocharger, the engine oil must be changed every 3K due to excessive amounts of heat the engine oil dissipates as it helps to cool the turbo bearings. Turbo life can depend on many factors, one of which is how you drive your vehicle. An engine equipped with a turbo should be allowed to idle for a couple of minutes to cool down before turning the engine off. This is not always practical in todays rush everywhere enviroment, however, it is a major factor in the life of your turbo. Your frequent turbo failures can be attributed to poor oil circulation due to clogged or partially clogged oil supply line, poor coolant flow through turbo, defective or poorly remanufactored components or simply the way the vehicle is driven. I should still be covered under warranty, check with the shop who performed the work. I recommend using genuine MOPAR replacement parts installed by a Chrysler dealership for best warranty protection.
