eng got washed when windshield was replaced now have a miss on accel no ck eng light miss seems to go away around 40 mph

you cannot put water in the engine compartment--ever. water has likely gotten in one of the spark plug tubes and is causing a misfire.
I'm sure they will try and deflect responsibility... Unfortunate. I think it would be best to remove each coil and inspect the boots. Are they wet? If so, replace the boots and the plugs and recheck, making sure the plug holes are dried out of any water before removing the plugs. Additionally, a proper diagnosis is in order, to determine what is showing up.
sat ck eng light came on did code ck got po316, po300, po305,po304, po306. so i have decided to take this back to the shop and demand this be repaired by THEM this is there fault.
checked that no water even took it back to shop that replaced wind shield asked why they washed eng they cked code none found they see the prob " NOT RELATED TO WHAT WE DID." have gone as far as useing spray bottle of water at night to see if poss cracked coil nothing. the shop can't even tell me why they washed eng other than it had glass on it from windshield?
