TSB leaking front pump seal on Transmission

What is your question?

I have an 06 Hyundai Tucson..the only problem I am experiencing is a leaking front pump seal on transmission. I brought it to dealer and they replaced seal, after 1 year it began leaking again and this time according to TSB a re-man transmission was installed..after 3 months I noticed "sweating" around tran area...car is still under warranty and has 10,600 miles on it.
