What is your question?

I have a remanufactured engine less than 20,000 miles on it , I believe I overfilled my coolant tank. However, I’m confused because I seen my coolant boiling then I see a puddle underneath my car. My car doesn’t overheat or anything or the coolant temperature doesn’t even get high. Additionally my main concern is my oil temperature I seen it get high as 265 , should I be concerned? Dodge Charger pursuit 5.7

Are you certain that your data is valid? 265 seems high - but I'm not certain what the specification is. If your coolant reservoir was overfilled it's possible some may have come out due to expansion -- but I would be surprised it there was much that came out. I would seek guidance from whoever installed the engine. Your concerns do not sound like serious issues, but it would make me want to check into them as well.
