What is your question?
I have had 2 tires on our 2002 ES300 that just won't maintain the correct pressure. I have had it into the tire shop and the stems replaced. The problem has persisted from the old set of tires to the new ones install about 6 months ago. I have heard that others have experienced a similar issue, in particular on a 2003 ES300, same problem. Depending on miles driven we might need to put in more air in two of the tires 2 to 3 times a week. Does any one know of a problem with the Lexus rims having defects that allow air to leak out? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Your wheels may have small cracks. Haven't heard of this specific issue from Lexus but it's not unheard of to have wheel damage cause leaks. "Easiest" way to check would be to take the suspect wheels off and dunk them in a tank of water to check for bubbles. Either the wheel is cracked, the stems were improperly installed, or the new tires have punctures already. If the wheels are cracked, only fix is new wheels.
I know this was 4yrs ago but if anyone else comes across this issue it's rust and coating chipping on the inside of rim. I had to have my rims sanded down on the inside because of this. Purchased new tires and 2 of them would not seal. I had them sand down and clean all 4 rims no issues after that.
