Trk will not start unless putting gas in carb. fuse possiably ?

Hello, there is no "carb" on a 2002 Ford F-250. If you are saying you are spraying fuel into the intake, I get it. I apologize that I do not understand all your words there. I would say that If adding fuel starts the vehicle, there is obviously not enough fuel reaching the engine. You could have a fuel pressure issue, testing is required. Any anti-theft system should be addressed to ensure nothing else is preventing fuel delivery.

Have you checked the INERTIA SWITCH to make sure it hasn’t gotten tripped to the OFF position? That switch turns the fuel pump OFF and may just need to be re-set .. Switch is located behind passenger side kick panel. Listed in owner’s manual under Roadside Emergencies - see Fuel Pump Cut Off Switch.
