transmission noises

What is your question?

I have a 93 honda prelude h23a standard five speed. When i turn on my car it starts to make a wierd grinding and whinning sound. I had this problem before but i didnt get to it in time and had replace my transmission, and now its starting to it again. So i need to know if i did something wrong when i installed my clutch or its something?
