I am the first (& only!) owner of a 2001 Honda Accord Coupe EX V-6; never had any problems whatsoever, always scheduled required maintenance done but a couple months ago it started leaking very minimal drops of transmission fluid. I ordered 3 bottles of the genuine Honda certified original transmission fluid & want to research what all would entail getting this fixed- financially &/or otherwise before I take it to the Honda dealer & get raped…uh, I mean taken. Any info would be greatly appreciated as I am a single female (blonde no less) living by myself. Thank you, Kelly kellyanns29@yahoo.com

It is very hard to say where your trans is leaking without a proper inspection. This will determine what repair needs to be performed to repair the leak as well as the cost. There are many really good independent shops that work on Hondas. If you go to RepairPal.com and use the find a shop tool, there a several shops in and around your City that work on Honda.
