transmission grinds in reverse

What is your question?

Just started making noise, with no movement. Fluid levels are fine, connections and vaccum lines are intact. Went to back out and heard a grinding noise, but it proceeded and noise quit, now it just grinds with no movement, other gears are fine in forward movement.
