Do you mean the shifter won't come out of park? This could be something with the shift interlock system. This could be a shift lock solenoid, brake light switch, ignition switch but it probably needs some diagnosis. hope this helps

On mine U need to have the Brake Pedal depressed or it will not shift into any gear
