shifts hard at first. seems won't go past 2nd sometimes.once warm works fine. fluid checked is ok. Rolls in park now too.

There could be some seals inside your transmission starting to leak or a valve that is sticking. There is a mechanical arm that holds the transmission from moving while in park, I would suspect it is broken.
