It's not an easy process if you don't have access to a lift and a diag. computer. You need to put the car to the lift when the ATF's temperature is equals to ambient temp. Start the car and monitor the ATF warm-up with a OE diagnostic computer and when it reached a certain temp. remove the fill plug from the transmission and fill the fluid until it starts to leak out. You need to use approved ATF.
