Car was used for 50 miles after the new clutch and pressure plate was installed, now the tires will not move had to be dragged onto the wreaker. After sitting for a while will turn for about a Quarter of a mile. What is the problem?
Something must have gone wrong with the re-installation of the manual transmission assembly and axles to have caused this issue. When you are saying that the wheels will not turn, you mean that you can't accelerate with the engine running, and you can't even allow the vehicle to roll. Seems like somehow something is not quite right with the mating of the engine and transmission. I would recommend returning the vehicle to where the repairs were performed. Good luck.
