What is your question?
Is 50,000+ miles the best time to replace tires? My fronts are 4/32 and rears 5/32.

Great question. Mileage is not a key indicator as to when you need to replace your tires. The tread depth you indicated, however, is. At 4/32 and 5/32 front and rear respectively, you are certainly nearing the time you will need new tires. 2/32 is the absolute minimum depth, and anywhere between 2/32 and 4/32 suggests it is time to start thinking about them. Especially important is your tread depth when it comes to the California rainy season. If we were just starting Spring, I would say you should start looking in the Fall. But since Winter is right around the corner, putting new tires on your Camry can even help you be safer by improving your wet weather traction. Good luck with your shopping!
