Ticking noise

What is your question?

I have an 06 Accord v6 that is making a ticking noise. (Almost sounds like a cricket) It makes this sound when the vehicle is at idle or is in gear. Once the accelerater is engaged, the noise goes away. The vehicle has 200k on it and has been making the noise for at least 20k. I'm not sure what it could be. No leaks. Please assist. Thanks
