What is your question?
My truck has one window that goes up but does not come down. I have replaced the master switch and the switch on that door.It all started with loss of ground on the master switch, after I ran a new ground all the windows started to work, except for the passenger. It goes up but not down. Can you help; I am at a dead end!

Remove the door panel and then test the wires going into the motor. Push the up window button and check the polarity with a volt meter, and note what it is. Then push the down button and note the polarity, it should reverse. If not then start tracing upstream. When you replaced the switches I assume that you used a new switches from the dealership? When you ran the new ground wire, are you sure it is correct? Also check and verify the ground at the passenger switch. Did the master switch ground go away because it was crimped as it bends and goes to the door? These are a few things that I would check. Also do the test with a test light and note the brightness, possibly a passenger side wire is just barely working. Also, check the passenger motor with a battery and 2 wires, to make sure that there is not some sort of current reversing diode that may have failed.
The switches on these trucks are often faulty - often multiple times. It can be any or all of the 4 door switches. Kind of like a dime a dozen...
I have tried all of this. I never foud why I lost ground at the master switch.
