the wheel of the right front tire is leaning away from the car.

i was driving my car and i heard a noise like a spring, or something and i stopped the car to see if i had hit something, but the tire is not flat, the tire is still full , but hear this ruff noise, the axel is ok, i have a little problem turning the wheel, i wonder if its the upper or lower ball joints and or the rocker, tire rods, need help with this question. i need to fix by friday, i found a new job and i start on 5-4-09. thanking you in advance netta328@yahoo.com
