The container is full of washer fluid, it is not frozen and looks like it's connected. One day it worked, the next day not... I don't hear a noise from a motor. Could it be a fuse? If so, now I need to know where the fuse is. If not a fuse, then I need to know how to put a new motor in. HELP...

The washer pump and reservoir is in the right front corner of the car behind the bumper, you have to pull down a splash shield to get to it and I have replaced several of those motors. The white/green wire should get 12 volts when the washer switch is pressed. The wipers and washers are on the same 20 Amp fuse if the wipers work the fuse is OK.
