Hello, Since it cuts out randomly and constantly, it will be difficult to diagnose if you cannot find a way to make the radio shut off. Replicating the problem allows you to test with the fault present, instead of having to guess. Do you have a way to do this?

Yes I turn the radio off . that's the only way to get the sound to work again and it does play for long before it cuts out again .
