What is your question?
My van seems to run ok but the air conditioning is very weak . I have not noticed a rise in temperature. There is no noise or problems that occur except that the air condtioning is not very cold that is the reason i started looking under the hood. I can not find a leak , no coolant loss . All i found was the fan on the drivers side not working the fan is just hanging in there by 1 screw .
What makes this problem better or worse?
I just bought this van last week when I noticed the weak air condition I looked under the hood and saw the fan not working when it cooled off I noticed that it was only attached by 1 screw

No,whole assembly only. both fans should come on together when the A/C is turned on. did you look to see if the wiring connector was plugged in for that fan that you said is not working? take one of the screws from the other fan to secure it for now, then if it works,go to a parts store, scrap yard,or a fastener supply store and get the screws you need.Six things may prevent an electric cooling fan from coming on: Defective temperature switch, coolant sensor or other sensor. Engine thermostat is stuck OPEN (engine never gets hot enough to turn on the fan) Faulty fan relay.Testing required before replacing fans!
