The fuel gauge, speedometer, temp gauge and oil gauge not working. Any ideas?

I left a battery charger on too late my and fried the battery. Changed the battery.. the car starts and headlights work but those gauges won't work.

you charged the battery without disconnecting the battery cables from the prowler?
