the fan on the a/c & defroster has stopped....just all of a sudden

I would recommend checking the fuse box to see if blower motor fuse is still good. if fuse is good next step would be to confirm blower motor is getting proper power & ground command. Good Luck.

This happened to my 2006 Kia Spectra5. For a while every time I got in the car I would just hit the area under the glove box (where the fan is located) and it would start. I guess something was just loose because now it starts fine without hitting it. I would try checking all connections to the fan before replacing anything.
