the dash lights for Brake, VSC Off, VSC TRAC and ABS are coming on.

I know this is 2 years old but maybe it will help someone. Suspension problems cause the TRAC, VSC, and ABS to not work correctly. I had the same lights coming on on my 2002 4Runner. I installed a set of OME springs and Bilstein 5100 shocks and the lights haven't been on since. The abs doesn't activate everytime I stop anymore. After installation of 2 1/2 inch lift springs my 4Runner gained 5 inches of lift. My springs were so worn out they were at -2 1/2 inches from stock. Shocks were shot also. It drives like a new vehicle now.
