The car is consuming oil and coolant. What is going on? I have never had this problem with other cars. I am not leaking oil or coolant. The car is just consuming it. Is this a sign of a major repair in my near future?

This may be a sign that you have a blown headgasket. Do you have any problems starting the car in the morning? Do you see any smoke from the tailpipe? How often do you need to add oil and/or coolant?
