the belt tensioner make noise, any ticks to stop it?

Your belt tensioner arm needs to be maintenanced remove the Pully and replace it because the bearings are about to freeze up.... Go to your parts store and get a new pully wit new bearings. This should fix your problem and save you lots of $$$$$
