The Battery is charged, but there is no electric response to any system

the battery has ample charge, but there is no lights on the dash, headlights, the engine will not turn over. It is dead with a charged batter. Where is the problem?

You have an electrical system failure. You need to trace power from the battery to the fuse box and make sure that you have power from the battery to the fuse box. Then go from there.
