Started doing it with people sitting in back but does it all the time on any rough road.

Sounds opposite of what normally happens. Usually squeaks when seats are empty. You need to track down where noise is coming from and secure it, tape it, pad it etc.
Did you ever find out what it was? Mine is doing the same exact thing.... worse with people in the back. Really annoying.
I have the same exact problem and it is so annoying on my 2004 Lexus GX470. I'm going to take it to my local body shop that I use but was wondering if you could describe what the clip looked like (small, big, etc...)? Also, was the clips location in the middle of the car near the rear seats? Only one clip?
There was a metal clip underneath the frame of the car rubbing against the body. It was in the area of the rear seats. It was removed, not needed and all quiet.
Thanks for the quick response... I crawled underneath while my son bounced in the rear bumper. I could hear the squeak but couldn't pinpoint it. Do you know what it was connected to or what it was close to? Thanks again. Josh
It was between the frame and the body, under where the sound was coming from. We brought the car to an auto body shop. Once they found the clip they removed it since it was not needed. They charged a minimal fee.
