What is your question?
I have a 94 GMC C3500 2x4 1 ton dually with a 454. I love this truck. Rebuilt the motor and tranny and ready to tow. It seems to run a little hotter than I would like. Usually between 200 and 210 without a load. Any suggestions? No leaks or blockages. What temp do you suggest? ....and Just curious, what kind of gas mileage is everyone else getting....lol Thanks so much!!

Are you running a 195F thermostat if you are then it won't open until it reaches 195 and run above that , I see a 180F thermostat AC Delco #131-122 that should lower the temp 10 or so degrees
try and check the ground wire on back of the heads if not grounded it wil corrode cestom.
I have a 95 7.4 it runs at 200 an always that when new; took a trip back to little rock, got 13 to 15 mpg. at 65 mph.
i do believe that is normal for these trucks, how ever ya can try a diffrent thermostat i.e one that opens a bit early.a manual fan controller switch also great 4 a tow i've this set up and works great. good luck
Have the same issue with my 94' GMC 3500 7.4L dually. Acutally my gauge flucuates slightly up and down about 10-20 degrees which I've never seen before. I did buy a new thermostat 190 degree and I hope that will help. I plan on flushing out cooling system at the same time.
I just put a brand new rad,fan clutch, and thermo 160 in mine and it is running 200,I have 160,000 on it and I pull a 28 foot toy box and I get 7-8 miles per ngallon
