Noise From Synchronizer Shaft Upper Bushing on Ford Taurus

The synchronizer shaft for the camshaft position sensor can cause a loud squeak or chirping noise due to failure of the upper bushing. The noise may be erratic and is usually present when the engine is warm.

Chirping from drivers side of engine looks like Camshaft Position Sensor shaft bushing too.

Ford dealer replaced sycronizerl noise was reduced but never left. Dealer said it was residue. Noise is back.

Squeaking sound like from a belt...also when turn wheels much....this is what mechanic told me was wrong.
