Suspension 99 Chevy blazer

What is your question?

Going a little fast driving one day and hit or ran over a pothole or speed bump and my rear end kinda.lofted upwards a little applying quite a bit of pressure when shocked were trying to work and now it sounds like the rear end area. Passenger back tire area makings a weird noise when Im on a bumpy road or turning feels like more slack in the turning but not in the steering wheel is it my suspension

What makes this problem better or worse?

Bumby roads makes the sound happen alot because of the vehicle bouncing over bumps

How long has your 1999 Chevrolet Blazer had this problem?
