suggested replacement intervals for fuel injectors

What is your question?

I believe I have a leaking fuel injector. My engine light is on and code says its a vacuum leak, rough idle at standing position & I faintly smell fuel while driving also my vehicle sat for awhile this weekend and there was a fuel leak detected on my driveway the next day. I read there was a possible replacement schedule from the manufacture and I'm having issues finding this information. Any info would be great! Thanks in advance, Mike Holtyn
